Lemon Pepper Eggs

1 cup cherry tomatoes (halved)

1 handful of spinach

1/4 cup feta cheese

3-4eggs

Garnish with lemon pepper to taste!


  1. Cut cherry tomatoes in half. In a large non stick skillet, add either butter or oil on medium heat . Add tomatoes. Cook until soft and browning.

  2. Next add eggs, spinach and feta. Stir until done at desired texture.

  3. Garnish with lemon pepper and enjoy this healthy breakfast!!
